From the Airport in Zurich you can reach Winterthur by taking one of the 120 different trains that pass through it. Through Winterthur pass 150 trains per day and it is a huge international hub. From there you can go to all of the main cities in Switzerland with frequent trains. You can also take a train straight to Munich and Stuttgart.
