The Swiss ski resort of Flumserberg, is especially preferred by families with children, for which there are a number of activities in addition to the snow sports. The resort is also highly rated by the snowboarders and free-riders for its great snow park.
Flumserberg is not less attractive and during the summer, when tourists are attracted by the un-spoilt nature above the Walensee, offering great hiking, mountain biking,walking treks,  hang gliding and water sports in Walensee or the indoor pools of the hotels. Naturally for Switzerland the accommodation is excellent, presented by few hotels, cozy holiday apartments, ski chalets and private lodging.

Flumserberg Skiing Holidays

The skiing area around the resort of Flumserberg has very good natural snow conditions as well as extensive artificial snow making consisting of thirty-five snow cannons. The village of Flumserberg provides its visitors with direct access to twenty-two individual runs, accessed by seventeen ski lifts. The 17 lifts of the resort have capacity of 21125 per hour. Flumserberg is within two hours drive from 3 airports, so short ski trips are very popular in the resort. For snowboarders and free riders, the snow park of Flumserberg has on offer rails, table jumps, waves, etc.

Flumserberg Transportation

The nearest airports are these in Zurich and Friedrichshafen, within around an hour drive.
There are a number of train connections and Flums is easily reachable by railway not only from Switzerland, but also from Austria and Germany. Check out our railway tickets and passes for all possible train connections.
By car, the most suitable way to reach the resort of Flumserberg is to reach A3 motorway from where continue to Sargans and take the Flums exit to Flumserberg.
